If you want to know where the best lines are hidden or which boulder suits your style, Digas is your go-to person. As our expert local guide, Digas has spent over 25 years exploring and developing every corner of the Sintra hills. His profound knowledge of the sectors, grades, and secret gems ensures that whether you are a beginner or a pro, you’ll find the perfect project. More than a guide, he is a guardian of the local climbing history, always ready to share a tip on the best beta or how to grab the detailed holds.

Laura – Massage Therapist & Touristic Tips

We know that climbing demands a lot from your body. That’s why we have Laura, our massage therapist. Specializing in sports recovery and climber-specific treatments. Whether you need to recover from a long session at the Crag or want to prevent injuries, her expert touch will help restore your mobility and keep you sending. Before focusing on massages Laura shared her passion for Sintra and its rich history as a tourist guide driving a TukTuk in Sintra.

Paky – 4 pawed Local Guide and mental support

Since almost 10 years our best friend and always with us. If in doubt – Paky knows the mountains of Sintra like the back of his paw and always finds the way back to the Van.

Ten years ago, we met and began to share our passion for outdoor climbing, sustainable living and permaculture, travelling in our van and bouldering in the endless green magical beauty of the UNESCO heritage natural park of Sintra.
